Fireflies will log calls, notes, and transcripts under the appropriate contact in Zendesk Sell. It’ll use the email of the meeting's participants on the calendar invite to identify where to log the data.
Installation
How to integrate Zendesk Sell with Fireflies:
Log in to your Fireflies account and then click Integrations on the main menu found on the left.
On the Integrations page, click the Sell icon.
Click Connect and then click Authorize. You have now successfully connected your Zendesk Sell account to your Fireflies account.
Back on the Fireflies Integrations page, you'll notice the Active badge. Your calls will now automatically be logged in Zendesk Sell under the appropriate contact.
