Installation
Installation Instructions for eZDesk Super Admin Tools
Add the App to Zendesk: Start by downloading eZDesk Super Admin Tools to your Zendesk instance.
Navigate to App Settings: Once installed, go to the Zendesk Admin interface and find the settings for eZDesk Super Admin Tools.
Enable Role Restrictions:
- Check the box next to "Enable role restrictions".
Select Admin Role:
- Scroll down to the list of available roles.
- Select "Admin" to limit access to administrators only.
(Optional) Enable Group Restrictions:
- If you want to further restrict access, check the box next to "Enable group restrictions?".
(Optional) Select Admin Groups:
- Choose any groups that the intended admin users of this app are a part of.
Important Note: It is critical to set the "Enable role permissions" correctly by selecting "Admin" from the roles. This ensures the app functions as intended and is only accessible to the appropriate users. Incorrect configuration may lead to operational issues.
