Data Disclosure

This app accesses the following Zendesk data: - Ticket information: ticket ID, subject, description, status, priority, type, tags, timestamps, assignee, group, and organization - Customer information: requester name and email (can be redacted via the "Hide Customer Information" setting) - Conversation history: ticket comments, including author names and roles

This data is sent to Dust.tt (or eu.dust.tt for EU customers) via Zendesk's secure proxy to generate AI-powered response suggestions. Data is processed in accordance with Dust's privacy policy.

Zendesk data sent to Dust is stored and processed within the user's Dust workspace. For details, see Dust's privacy policy.

Installation

To install the Dust AI Agent app:

  1. Click the 'Install' button
  2. In the app settings, provide:
    • Your Dust Workspace ID
    • Your Dust API Key
  3. (Optional) Specify default agent IDs to limit available agents
  4. Save the settings
  5. Refresh your Zendesk agent interface
