Installation

  1. Click Install.
  2. Select the Zendesk account where you want to install the app, then click Install.
  3. On the app settings screen, enter your BambooHR subdomain in both the bamboohrCompanyDomain and OAuth Authentication fields. For example, if your BambooHR URL is yourcompany.bamboohr.com, enter only yourcompany.
  4. Click Sign in with BambooHR. You’ll be redirected to BambooHR to securely authenticate and authorize Zendesk to access your account via OAuth. Review the requested access scopes, then click Allow Access.
  5. After authorization, you’ll return to the app settings screen in Zendesk. Click Install to complete the setup.

🎉 That’s it! The BambooHR app is now active, and employee details will automatically appear in the ticket sidebar for new and existing tickets. Don't forget to pin the app to the sidebar for quick and easy access!
