Installation
Step 1: Initiate the Connection
- Log in to your AVOXI platform as an admin.
- Navigate to the Data Integrations page.
- Locate Zendesk and click the Connect button.
Step 2: Configure Your Domain
In the Manage tab of the Zendesk integration page:
- Enter your Domain (subdomain).
- Click Connect.
Note on Domains: The Domain is the unique subdomain of your Zendesk account (the first portion of your login URL).
Format: https://(subdomain).zendesk.com
Example: If your URL is https://orgname.zendesk.com/, enter orgname.
Step 3: Authorize and Login
- Once the domain is submitted, you will be redirected to a new window.
- Log in to your Zendesk account to authorize the connection.
Integration Complete!
Congratulations, your AVOXI and Zendesk integration is now set up.
Activation: Perform a test call to change the status to Active.
Customization: To update additional settings, select the Configuration tab at the top of the integration page.
