This Zendesk app allows you to integrate Zendesk with your Asterisk system using a SIP connection between your browser and your PBX.
Installation
After installing the App you will need to enter your IP address, extension and password to login to your PBX. You must make sure your PBX accepts WebRTC sessions. This should be pre-configured by your system's administrator. Use your created credentials to login each of the agents.
