Installation
Once installed, open Agent Dashboard setup (analytics icon on the left navigation bar) to configure your dashboard, realtime metrics, and broadcast alerts.
Looker is the only reporting tool supported by Agent Dashboard. See Embedding Looker in Zendesk for instructions.
