When you setup this integration between Zoho Invoice and Zendesk, your Customer Data (as defined in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) will be transmitted or processed outside of Zoho systems as per Zoho’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Installation
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar. Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the Zoho Invoice app and click the tile. On the Zoho Invoice application page, click Install app present in the upper-right corner. Enter the following information:
Title: Name for the application.
Are you an European Union(EU) Customer?: To access the European edition of Zoho Invoice.
Refresh your page for the changes to take effect and your Zoho Invoice app is ready to go.
