Installation
You should have the free trial or paid ZIWO account to use the app. You can get it here. Note, the app only works in Google Chrome.
- Admin: Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
- Admin: Open a deal - click the ZIWO widget.
- Admin: Grant permissions to access Zendesk Sell.
- Agents should log in to the ZIWO widget to place calls.
