Installation

- You will need a valid Zisson Interact account.
### Prerequisites Before you can install this app, you must activate custom objects. 1. Open Admin Center 2. Objects and rules -> Custom objects -> Objects 3. Press Activate
Agents must have rights to add, edit and delete users. (this is based on the agents' role in Zendesk)
How to install
- Install the app from Zendesk marketplace.
- Open settings and check if you have the correct url. Please contact Zisson support ([email protected]) for details. The app will be available in the navigation bar in the top right and admin page to the left, after you reload Zendesk Support.
Getting started
- Click the icon on the top right hand corner to open the agent application
- Type in your Zisson username and password or use Microsoft SSO
- You will now be able to see queues, but you need to log on a queue profile to receive calls.
- You are now ready to do a great job.
