Installation
Follow these steps to set up the Zenloop Survey app:
Log in to your Zenloop account at https://app.zenloop.com
Navigate to Settings > API Settings to find your Organization ID
Go to Surveys > Select your survey > Settings to find your Survey ID
Enter these values in the app settings:
- Organization ID: Your Zenloop organization identifier
- Survey ID: The ID of the survey you want to send
Click Install
The app will now automatically send surveys when tickets are closed.
