Installation
To start using the Zenbots.ai chatbot in Zendesk Support, follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Install: Go to the Zendesk Marketplace and install the Zendesk Support app.
- Activate: Visit Zenbots.ai and select the AI chatbot plan.
- Setup: Open the app and the AI chatbot training will start automatically (it will take up to 24 hours).
- Use: Once the training is completed you will be able to ask questions from Zendesk Support sidebar.
