We use OAuth2 to authorize the API requests to Zendesk.
Installation
Login into Vanta
Go to the available integrations tab and search for the Zendesk integration card.
Click on the 'connect' button and write down your Zendesk subdomain, you can copy and paste the URL from your explorer.
Click on the connect Zendesk button.
After clicking you're redirected to the Zendesk authorization page.
Click on the authorize button.
After clicking you're redirected to the Vanta dashboard and should see the Zendesk integration enabled on the connected integrations tab.
