In this app We are providing two buttons like Undo and Redo
Undo
By using Undo button in the app agents can Quickly revert those changes (custom filed values and comments) before update the Zendesk ticket.
Redo
By using Redo button in the app agents can Quickly Restore those values which you are undo using undo button either it is ticket fileds or comments before updating the Zendesk ticket.
