Data Handling & Privacy
Tonkean accesses Zendesk data — including tickets, users, and organizations — via the Zendesk API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Tonkean does not sell, rent, or share customer data with unauthorized third parties. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and governed by role-based access controls. Installation
How to Install
- Sign in to your Tonkean account at tracks.tonkean.com. If you don't have an account, sign up here.
- In Tonkean, navigate to the integrations library and select Zendesk.
- Click Connect and authorize Tonkean to access your Zendesk account via OAuth.
- Once connected, you can use Zendesk as a data source in your Tonkean workflows to monitor, create, and update tickets.
