With Tencent Cloud IM for Zendesk integration, ticket assignees are able to communicate with clients outside Zendesk by using Tencent Cloud IM services. Including features:
Listen to the ticket assignment and invite corresponding agents to the conversation.
Provide affluent chatting features.
Include profile management, group management and conversation management.

Installation
To set up Tencent Cloud IM for Zendesk, you need to have client side Tencent Cloud IM installed on your server and have registered for Tencent Cloud IM and created a SDKAppID, which identifies an Tencent Cloud app.
Install client side Tencent Cloud IM on your server:
Follow the instructions to create the service.
Fill out the SDKAppID and the Secret.
Start the service.
Install Tencent Cloud IM for Zendesk:
