Data Handling & Privacy

• Transfers messages between Telegram and Zendesk; no other Zendesk data accessed.
• Data stored: Telegram user identifiers (username, name, ID, avatar), messages, and attachments.
• Retention: messages 30 days, attachments 180 days (or 1 hour if stored in Zendesk).
• Secure backend processing; access restricted to required integration permissions.
