Installation
If you haven't already, create a Simplesat account and start a free 14-day trial here.
Embedding a survey in a trigger or automation notification email
- Create and build a new survey
- For the delivery option, choose External email embed, and then Zendesk
- Copy the survey code
- Paste the survey in the notification email (we recommend using the existing email that gets sent when tickets are solved)

To install the Simplesat app for Zendesk Support and embed Simplesat in your tickets, users and navigation bar
- Click the install button at the top of this page to install the app in your Zendesk environment.
- Go to your Zendesk dashboard and click the Simplesat icon in the left navigation bar.
- Log in with your Simplesat credentials.
