Installation
Search for Sigma AI on the Zendesk app marketplace.
Click on Install to install the app.
In the pop-up menu, select your Zendesk account for which you want to install the app and click Install. You'll be redirected to your Zendesk account with the Sigma AI app installed.
Here, enter your Zendesk account subdomain from your URL. For example in the URL yoursubdomain.zendesk.com, yoursubdomain is your subdomain.
Click on Sign in with Sigma AI to authorize access to your Zendesk account. You'll see a green check mark if the authentication is successful.
Now click on Install to install the app. Upon successful installation, you should now see the Sigma AI app under My Apps on your Zendesk account.
