Installation

Firstly, it is necessary to register in Bridge Manager platform https://manager.bridgecentrum.com/.
1. Create an account with subscription and then user will be able to enter http://sc.bridgecentrum.com/.
2. In a separate browser tab, log in to your Zendesk account as an administrator.
3. On the Sellcustbridge site user can start connecting Zendesk integration in the Helpdesk section. Once onboarding is started user has to install Zendesk App.
4. Find the Sellcustbridge App in Zendesk marketplace.
5. Install the App. App doesn't require any settings.
6. Go to any ticket opened after installation. If you don't already have the apps sidebar opened, click the Apps button in the upper right. Depending on when you created your Zendesk account, this may be an icon made of nine squares, or a button that actually says Apps.
7. The Zendesk integration connecting process is completed!
