Ring4 Meeting is a free conferencing service integrated into Zendesk to support customers with Video calls and Screen sharing. It is designed to be dead simple 🧘♀️

Installation
Setup
Press Install to add the app to the Zendesk agent dashboard
Using the app
Start a new meeting 🚀
Press the Start Meeting button to generate a new Ring4 meeting link. You are optionally able to pick a later time and date.
Invite customers or team member
A message including the meeting link is ready to be sent to your customer. If you need to invite more people to join the conference, just copy and share the Ring4 meeting link.
Join a meeting
To join the meeting, just press the Join Meeting button. You can also click the meeting link. It will open a Ring4 meeting web page. No software install is required to join a meeting. It all happens in the web browser.
