Install your AppTweak/Zendesk integration by following these simple steps:
- Go to the Zendesk Marketplace and install the Review Management app by AppTweak
- Sign in to your AppTweak account at https://www.apptweak.com/en
- Navigate to the Review Management tool using the sidebar on the left
- Click “Connect my console” or “Connect my apps” (if you haven't already)
- After connecting your store consoles with AppTweak, select the “Integrations” section from the expanded menu of the Review Management sidebar
- Click “Add Integration” to the right of the Zendesk bar
- Choose the app store reviews you want to be sent to Zendesk
- Select the filters (language, country, etc) you want to apply to reviews sent to Zendesk
- After clicking “Set Integration”, a token will be displayed in the Zendesk integrations section on AppTweak
- In Zendesk, visit the “Zendesk Admin Center” > “Review Management by AppTweak”
- Add your account and paste the token into the displayed box
- You will now start to receive your app store reviews in the Zendesk Support Agent Workspace!
