Installation
- Install Return Rabbit: Click the ‘Install’ button on this page.
- Configuration Post-Installation: After installation, enter the API key.
- Assign the desired users and groups who should have access to Return Rabbit.
Steps to Obtain API Keys from Return Rabbit:
- Access Return Rabbit Portal: Log into the Return Rabbit portal.
- Manage API Tokens: Navigate to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Manage API Tokens’.
- Generate a New Token: Click on ‘Generate a token’.
- For API scope, choose ‘Service Request API’.
- Integration Details: In the ‘Details’ section, input your Zendesk integration specifics.
- Emergency Contact Information: Provide an emergency contact for any necessary communications regarding API changes.
- Finalize Token Generation: Complete the token generation process. A confirmation will show up indicating that the token is ready.
- Implement API Key in Zendesk: Copy the newly generated API token.
- Paste the token into the designated ‘ReturnRabbitAPI_Key’ field on the Return Rabbit configuration page within Zendesk.
