- Secure backend processing; access restricted to required integration permissions.
Installation
- Install the app – Click Install in the Zendesk Marketplace and use the NOCC coupon to install without a credit card.
- Open the app – Open any Zendesk Support ticket, then locate the app in the ticket sidebar.
- Grant access – Click Connect with OAuth.
- Enable web push notifications (optional) – After clicking the calendar icon, allow notifications if you want alerts even when your browser is closed.
