This App will require you to have an active Sunshine Conversations license. If you would like to learn more about purchasing a Sunshine Conversations license, then please speak to your Zendesk representative who will be happy to help.
The Reach App allows you to select one of your approved WhatsApp templates and send either a single notification or notifications in bulk using a CSV file.
