Installation
- Goto http://1stream.co.za/zendesk-integration/ and request a quote. Fill in all details.
- You will receive a welcome email with credentials and a starter pack within 24 hours.
- Sign in as an administrator to your Zendesk, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.
- Under Apps, select Marketplace, then find the OneAgent app and click the tile.
- On the Oneagent app page, click Install in the upper-right corner. You will be presented with a web page.
- The ensuing page requires you to fill in a URL. The URL should point to your Zendesk domain.
- Click Continue. The app installs to your Zendesk account.
Fill in the configuration from your Welcome pack.
Refresh your Zendesk login session. The Oneagent app icon shows at the top right hand corner.Click the OneAgent app icon. The OneAgent login screen opens.
Enter your OneAgent Account and your OneAgent password. And start making and receiving calls
