Installation
1)Request your demo account at https://omni.code7.cloud or at [email protected].
2)Get your API-Key.
3)Install the app via Zendesk Marketplace.
4)Enter your API-Key in the Token field during the installation process.
5)Create a token for Omni access to your Zendesk account.
6)Set up the Zendesk token, domain, and your users in Omni's portal.
