Call Activity includes:
- Voicemails Received
- Missed Calls
- Completed Inbound Calls
- Completed Outbound Calls
Completed Calls and Voicemail tickets will include Direct link to the recordings

Installation
- Make sure you have an active Nectar Desk and Zendesk account
- Locate your Zendesk API Token for authorization purposes
- Log into Nectar Desk Interface and go to Integrations section
- Activate Zendesk Integration, enter you Zendesk URL and API Token
- Select Call Activity you would like to log as a Zendesk ticket and click on Save button
