The MIDOCO App by INSPITEC is the perfect addition for tourism support teams in service centers and travel agencies using the MIDOCO system.

The app integrates directly into Zendesk and automatically provides all relevant customer and booking data from MIDOCO when opening or creating a ticket – no system switch or manual data search required.

Whether via email, phone, or chat – based on the contact information in the ticket (e.g., email address or phone number), a live search is performed in MIDOCO. The result: a clear overview of the customer profile, all bookings, and all associated travel orders – with detailed information on bookings such as package tours, flights, hotels, insurance, car rentals, and more. Tickets can be linked or unlinked to a customer or booking at the click of a button, including a direct jump into MIDOCO for detailed processing. This creates a continuous information flow between the Zendesk ticket and MIDOCO – fully GDPR-compliant and without duplicate data storage.

Our app integrates seamlessly with Zendesk to improve support workflows. Customer data, travel-related data, user IDs, and relevant metadata are processed solely for the purpose of providing the app’s functionality. All data is transmitted securely over encrypted connections and is not shared with unauthorized third parties. We do not sell or misuse customer data. Access to data is strictly limited to authorized support personnel, and data retention is reduced to the necessary minimum.
