Installation
Prerequisite: An existing Kimiyi account - https://app.kimiyi.ai/.
Go to your Zendesk 'Admin Center' through 'Setting', then enter 'Apps and integrations' > 'APIs' > 'Zendesk API'.
ENABLE token access then either add a new token or use an existing token and copy it.
Return to Kimiyi 'Digital Human' to choose a bot. Fill in corresponding information in the 'Zendesk Setting' tab then click 'Bind' button.
Once your Zendesk account is binded with your selected bot successfully, customers who chat with the corresponding bot can submit a ticket for your better following-up.
