Installation
- Log in to Zendesk as an admin, then click the "Admin" icon in the navigation panel.
- Select Marketplace section, then find the “Iptelecom” app and click it.
- On the IPTelecom app page, click Install in the upper-right corner. You will be presented with a web page.
- The next page requires you to fill in a URL of your Zendesk domain.
- Click Continue. The app installs to your Zendesk account.
- Refresh your Zendesk page. The IPTelecom app icon shows at the top right hand corner.
- Click the IPTelecom app icon. The login screen opens.
- Log in with your IPTelecom HostedPBX Account.
- The app is ready.
