Connect with Instagram Login

• You can link your Instagram account directly, with or without a connected Facebook Business Page.
• Choose the login method that works best for you.

(New) Mute noisy posts!

• You can mute specific posts so that comments from those posts are not sent to Zendesk — for instance, marketing contests, giveaways, or other promotional content.

Data Handling & Privacy

• Transfers messages between Instagram and Zendesk; no other Zendesk data accessed.
• Data stored: Instagram user identifiers (username, name, ID, avatar), messages, and attachments.
• Retention: messages 30 days, attachments 180 days.
• Secure backend processing; access restricted to required integration permissions.
