The Group Field Sync app lets you map and sync any field to the native Group field in Zendesk. This happens in real time, and does not require submitting the ticket. It can even be used to create hide/show logic on forms that react in real time to group changes in the Assignee field.
Ideas for use include:
*Making forms reactive to group changes by syncing the Groups field with a cloned field, *Setting the Priority field based on the Group field instantly, *Creating custom drop-downs for departments or teams.

Installation
Click the app logo in the left margin of the Support page to open the app. Turn on the app by clicking the Enable Group Mapping button. Select the field you want to map, choose the available values for each group, click Save, and you're done! You should be able to see the changes in real time when changing the group in the Assignee field on the ticket.
