Data Handling & Privacy
This app accesses the following Zendesk data:
- Tickets: Creates and updates Zendesk tickets from reviews and questions imported via gominga.
- Custom Fields: Creates optional custom ticket fields (e.g. star rating, platform, product, category, location) to enrich ticket data. All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. Zendesk API tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and are only used to sync review data between gominga and your Zendesk instance. No Zendesk data is shared with third parties.
