Support teams are often the first line for identifying and managing customer communications for customers impacted by an incident. FireHydrant's Zendesk integration allows support staff to create FireHydrant incidents and link existing incidents to support tickets directly from Zendesk. FireHydrant incident status updates are automatically posted back to linked Zendesk support tickets as internal notes, streamlining incident communications.

Getting started

- Click the Install button above (on this page) to install the FireHydrant Zendesk app in your Zendesk account.
- As an owner of your FireHydrant Organization go to Bots Page and setup a bot token for use with the app.
- Enter your FireHydrant Bot token in the Bot token field.
- Proceed to a ticket and view the sidebar FireHydrant app. If you greeted with a screen to install the integration please click the link and do so.
That’s it! You'll now find the FireHydrant Zendesk app in your Zendesk sidebar when you open a ticket.
