How the FastBill App works

In order to work with tickets in Zendesk efficiently, it is important to have all necessary information in one place. Short and simple processes allow for fast response times based on relevant data. The FastBill app from Leafworks gives you a plugin to keep an overview of your customers’ contact info, invoices and estimates.

Overview

The FastBill app automatically checks and links clients directly to Zendesk tickets. For each new ticket, a search by user's backend ID, name, phone number and email is performed automatically. In cases where no data has been found, agents can connect customers manually via search. Previews of invoices and estimates can be viewed and linked to a ticket without having to download.

Features

The data of the customer will be shown in the ticket sidebar with the following features:

• Search for customers via name, email or backend ID
• Show detailed information about customers
• Preview documents or save them as pdf
• Attach invoices and estimates to the ticket without downloading
• Link tickets to existing customers

Data Disclosure: Our apps are fully UI-based and 100% GDPR compliant. All data remains securely within Zendesk, and our apps do not access, store, transmit, or process any user data outside the Zendesk environment.
