Installation
Step-by-Step Guide to Installing Emporix Connect for Support
Step 1: Get Your Emporix API Credentials
Go to the Emporix API Keys page:
- Open Emporix API Keys and log in if required.
Find your credentials:
- In the API Key section, locate your clientId, clientSecret, and tenant.
Copy your credentials:
- Copy the clientId, clientSecret, and tenant for later use.
Step 2: Install Emporix Connect for Support
Install the app:
- Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
Enter your API credentials:
When prompted, provide the following:
- ClientId: Paste your
clientId. - ClientSecret: Paste your
clientSecret. - Tenant: Paste your
tenant. - OrderDisplayLimit: Set how many orders to display (default is 3).
