This Easy Digital Downloads integration app allows you to view customer, sale and product information from your Easy Digital Downloads store within the Zendesk Support ticket sidebar.

Installation

To set up the Easy Digital Downloads app in your Zendesk instance:

Generate a REST API key in your Easy Digital Downloads store, noting the Public Key and Token.
Install the app from the Zendesk App Marketplace.
Enter your store URL (e.g., https://www.mystore.com/) in the Store URL setting.
Enter the Public Key from the first step in the Public Key setting.
Enter the Token from the first step in the Token setting.
