About Dispatch
Dispatch is event automation for web developers who need a break. Dispatch provides a way to automatically trigger actions based on the content of incoming email and webhooks. With an easy-to-use interface, data from email and webhooks can be effortlessly parsed, and passed on to perform other actions, such as:
- Creating a New Zendesk Ticket
- Sending an Email or SMS
- Posting a Webhook

Installation
To use Dispatch with Zendesk, you'll first need to sign up for a Dispatch account. Next, you'll need to enable Token access in your Zendesk Settings. In Dispatch, simply complete your parser field setup and configure your Zendesk Action.
