View DanDomain/SmartWeb orders without leaving the ticket

Requirements
A webshop/e-commerce created with SmartWeb or the new DanDomain Webshop. Not DanDomain Webshop Classic! Please read the "How to install" instructions about how to connect your webshop with the app.

Installation
NB: If your provider is DanDomain, make sure your webshop system is not DanDomain Classic. This app only works with the new DanDomain Webshop.
How to install
To set up the integration you need administrator permissions in both DanDomain / SmartWeb webshop and Zendesk Support. Before you install this app you need to enable API access in your webshop settings and create an API user.
Follow the steps and screenshots described here: webshop-help.dandomain.dk/integration-via-api Now you are ready to install this app!
Click Free trial / Buy to install this app.
Enter the username and password of the API user of your DanDomain / SmartWeb webshop that you created in step 1.
Check the checkbox below the password field, if your webshop provider is SmartWeb. Leave the box unchecked, if your provider is DanDomain.
Decide whether or not to limit access for this app for specific roles and groups.
Finally click on the Install button and enjoy the benefits of having easy access to your customer information in Zendesk.
