Installation
To install the ChatGPT Assistant app, follow these steps:
- Obtain your OpenAI API key by visiting platform.openai.com.
- In the installation wizard, provide your OpenAI API key when prompted.
- Choose the desired mode, either advanced or basic.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Once the installation is complete, the app will be available in your Zendesk Support dashboard.
