1 Insert your charles subdomain <<your-domain>>.hello-charles.com
2 Create or get your charles api_key from <<your-domain>>.hello-charles.com/settings/api-keys and insert it here
3. Go to <<your-domain>>.hello-charles.com/settings/integrations/marketplace
install zendesk and follow the further instructions in that box
