Installation
Step 1
Install Chargify App for Zendesk Support as Zendesk suggests.
Step 2
If you don't have Chargify account signup for free trial.
Step 3
Get your Chargify account subdomain from the URL.
If you Chargify account URL is acme.chargify.com copy acme and paste into Your Chargify subdomain field in App settings.
Step 4
Get your Chargify account API key. Key can be generated in Integrations section of Chargify account.
Once API key is generated copy it into Your Chargify API key
Step 5
OPTIONAL. Set your Chargify account currency symbol if it is any currency other than US Dollar.
Step 6
Save Chargify App settings. It is ready to use now! Go to your tickets, users or organizations to start using the App.
