Data disclosure
Certainly accesses Zendesk Messaging conversation content and metadata, plus any ticket data you choose to pass during handover, such as requester details, tags, and field values. This data is used only to deliver the features you configure for your Zendesk account, and we follow data minimisation principles.
We store configuration plus limited operational logs and analytics for service delivery, reporting, and performance improvements within your account. We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes and delete it when no longer required or on request, see our DPA.
Data is shared only to run the service, with Zendesk, our hosting sub processors, and any LLM provider you configure, solely to generate responses for your account. We do not disclose Zendesk API Data to other parties unless you authorise it.
Certainly does not use Zendesk API Data to train general purpose AI models. We do not support bulk export or scraping, and we do not maintain independent long term archives beyond the limited logs needed for the service.
We protect data integrity and apply standard security controls, and we cooperate with Zendesk security assessments as required. You control deployment and are responsible for any end user notices or consents required for your use case. Use is subject to applicable geographic, sanctions, and export control laws.
