With a push of a button the requester and their enrolled verifications factors are automatically looked up and a request to verify their identity can be easily sent to the caller.
Once completed, the verification details are automatically recorded in the ticket providing a complete audit trail. You can even configure conditions to require verification before the support ticket can be submitted ensuring that your business processes are followed.

Installation
The ability to verify callers using the Caller Verify application for Zendesk requires a Caller Verify subscription. Please book a demo to get started with Caller Verify.
Installation Instructions
Install the Caller Verify app from the Zendesk marketplace. Once installed configure the following settings:
Caller Verify instance URL: The full path to your existing Caller Verify instance.
Caller Verify Version: The version string in (e.g., 2.4.6) for your Caller Verify instance. This can be found on the bottom left corner of your tenant landing page.
Caller Verify Lookup Attribute: The Okta profile attribute to use when looking up callers in Caller Verify.
Requester attribute for lookup: The Zendesk requester attribute to use in order to lookup callers in Caller Verify.
Once configured contact [email protected] to get the required CORS configuration added to your Caller Verify tenant.
