Calizy Saas Calizy is an intelligent online appointment scheduling and shared calendar solution. Our Saas is also plugged to Zendesk in order to automatically create tickets as meeting booking notifications.

Installation

In Zendesk Marketplace and click the 'Install' option to install the 'Calizy for Support' app in the Zendesk account.
1. Select the Zendesk account in which you want to install the app and then click, 'Install'.
2. Then you will be redirected to the app details page where you need to enter Calizy credentails and app's urls.
3. You must have Calizy account set up before installing 'Calizy for Support' app. Once the account is available follow the additional installation steps.
4. In Calizy app navigate to Settings menu.
5. In Settings click on Integrations sub menu.
6. In Integrations select Apps then Zendesk.
7. After clicking in Zendesk you will be presented with Calizy credentials and urls. Copy them to a clipboard and then paste in an installation 'Calizy for Support' interface.
8. Click Install.
