Installation
You need to have a Bigblue account to use the Bigblue app for Zendesk Support.
If you don't, please visit bigblue.co or request a demo of our application.
Installation steps
- Click on "Install" on this page and start adding the Bigblue App to Zendesk
- Then, log in to your Bigblue account
- Go to Settings in Bigblue, click on the Apps section, and follow the installation steps for Zendesk https://app.bigblue.co/settings/apps/connect
- Finally, go to Zendesk, in the settings of the Bigblue App (Zendesk > Admin > Apps > Manage > Bigblue > App Configuration), paste your private token and click Install
Note: You can also start the installation from the Bigblue App.
