Before Installation
Prior to installation, please obtain your Site ID and API token from the Auryc portal -> Project Settings -> Installation Guide -> Integration.
Installation
- Find the Auryc App in the Zendesk App store and install the Auryc widget to your Zendesk account.
- Enter your Site ID and API token obtained from the Auryc Portal.
- (Optional) Enter the maximum number of matching sessions that you would like to see in the Limit field.
- Click Update to save these settings.
- Make sure the user’s email is sent to Auryc either as an identity or as the ‘email’ user property:- auryc.identify('[email protected]')- auryc.addUserProperties({'email':'[email protected]'});
