About Arvia Video Meeting
Arvia provides your customer support and sales teams with quick and easy to access video calls with screen sharing, presentation, snapshots and cloud recording. Agents jump into a video call support session directly from your Zendesk ticket.
One or more participants (clients, experts, customers, partners, ...) get into the live session by simply clicking a room dedicated to an agent: No installation and no sign in is needed to get all your customers into a fully featured call on any device.

Installation
No installation is needed - Arvia works without any browser plugin and without any local client installation.
The only prerequisite is that you create a free Arvia basic account on https://www.arvia.chat/home/sign-up (no credit card needed, no installs)
Simply log in to your Zendesk account and install the Arvia application for Zendesk directly from the Zendesk marketplace to your Zendesk instance.
When you installed Arvia to your Zendesk instance, a “Complete Setup” button appears for all agents of your team next to the ticket and then they will be asked to sign in and connect their Zendesk accounts with Arvia.
Once the agents account is connected, Arvia Rooms appear in tickets of this agent. Arvia video calls with screen sharing, presentation, snapshots and cloud recording can be used then directly from Zendesk without additionally logging in to Arvia.
Evaluate and test with this setup with as many agents you like for free and decide later to move on to an unlimited experience by adding volume licenses later on.
