What Arlo Interactions by BS40 does

This app allows your agents to view the course and event registration held in Arlo for your customer, this can be seen in either the ticket or customer view. The agent will be able to identify the following when viewing the customer record:

• When the customer was registered in Arlo and their current status
• The registrations for your courses and events the customer has made, including:
  • Registration status Attendance status
  • Date Registered
  • Course/Event start and end date

Is my data Safe?

This application will not store or persist any of your data, the data is retrieved realtime from Arlo and displayed in your Zendesk portal. No Arlo data is persisted after viewing the customer record.
